MAJOR HIGHLIGHTS

  1. This material is for educational purposes only. No guarantees are made or implied.
  2. All access is single user access - only one person is allowed to use a registered email access. Do not share your login password with others.
  3. You can attempt the MCQ's only once. There is no way of resetting the MCQ's. However, you will have unlimited access to your solved MCQ modules, correct answers, explanations and available videos.
  4. Face the core is committed to provide you access until you pass your ABR Core exam. In this regard, all access will end on the stipulated date. If you fail the exam or are taking the exam at another time, email us with your result letter from the ABR or your expected date of taking the core exam to extend your access until the next core exam.
  5. Any copying or duplication of any material by any means is prohibited.
  6. Your activity on the portions of the website with educational material will be monitored and logged.
  7. Any pattern of activity suggesting attempted copying, unauthorized access or multi-user access will result in the email address being blocked from the site and most likely further legal consequences.
  8. Any refunds will be calculated based on the duration elapsed since purchase and percentage of material accessed. Access will be defined as your landing on an MCQ page irrespective of whether you answered a question or not.
  9. This is a state of the art site which will not work on older browsers. It is your responsibility to make sure that it is displaying well on your computer before you enroll.

    By enrolling for any of the Face the Core sessions, you are confirming that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to change these at any time without prior notification.

  1. Face the Core is an on line teaching service. No implicit or explicit guarantees are made.
  2. The faculty, staff and/or owner/s of Face the Core do NOT have any inside knowledge of the examinations conducted by any examining body anywhere in the world, including the American Board of Radiology (ABR). However, in preparation of the material for Face the Core, the information available to the public on the ABR website and newsletters has been taken into account.
  3. All subscriptions and enrollment are for a single user access to material for the stipulated period. Use of the same account by multiple users is prohibited.
  4. Recording of the modules in audio,video, still image or any other format is strictly prohibited. No copying/hacking or disabling of various security features is allowed. Your activity on this site will be monitored. Irregular activity including but not limited to instances of multiple instances of access of the same material, access from multiple devices, simultaneous accesses from different browsers, attempts to copy or screen save will be logged and will result in denial of service, cancellation of enrollment or subscription without refund, and prosecution in a court of law.
  5. You can have FREE full access to 3 questions of every title after you login. To access more material from the same title, you will need to buy a subscription.
  6. The subscription fee is for providing access to FaceTheCore.com website only. Any other third party user, internet connection or hardware fees are the user’s responsibility and Face the Core will not be liable for them.

  8. The access will end at the end of the stipulated period. Face the Core is committed to providing you access until you pass your ABR Core Exam. Therefore if you fail the Core exam, access will be extended until the next Core exam if you email us with a copy of your result letter from the ABR.
  9. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure that he/she has access to a computer with fast internet connection and has the required permission to use that computer.
  10. REFUNDS
    • All refunds should be requested by email.
    • For the MCQ modules, refund will be calculated based on the duration since purchase and number of questions accessed for a given session. LESSER of the two amounts will be refunded.
    • Based on duration since purchase. Full refund within 1 week, 50% refund from 1 week to 1 month. No refund after 1 month.
    • Based on Access. Access is defined as landing on the MCQ page irrespective of whether you answer the MCQ or not. Full refund if less than 10% questions have been accessed and no refund if 90% or more questions have been accessed. Between these, the refund is prorated.
    • If the subscription was given to you free of charge, you will not be entitled to any refund under any conditions.
  11. All disputes between you and owner/s of FaceTheCore.com will be attempted to be settled by mediation before any litigation is initiated. All mediation and/or litigation will be under the jurisdiction of the courts in Lexington, Kentucky or Fayette County, Kentucky.
